We direct bill to most major insurance companies. This is based on individual policy acceptance. Every policy is different. If unsure, please ask for assistance before booking any appointments.
Copay / Deductible
Any copay or deductible is the responsibility of the patient.
Referral / Prescription
A doctor's referral is not required to attend our clinic but your insurance policy may require one for specific services. If unsure, please ask for assistance before booking any appointments.
Secondary Policy
Primary policy must be billed first and any copay is usually required to be paid and submitted by the patient. Unfortunately, only certain companies allow direct billing to secondary policies.
Product / Item Billing
Direct billing product is unavailable for most policies. Insurance companies require paid receipts. We are happy to assist with insurance estimates upon request.
Yearly Coverage
Coverage is based on individual policies. We are unable to access this information when billing for security reasons. It is highly advised to be informed of your own policy details and ask for assistance if needed or speak directly with your insurance company for the breakdown of benefits.
