Shree

Shree is a dedicated and versatile physiotherapist with a passion for holistic patient care. With her diverse educational background and extensive clinical experience, she brings a unique perspective to the field of rehabilitation. After graduating with a degree in Physiotherapy in 2016, Shree further expanded her expertise by completing a program in Autism and Behavioral Sciences in 2019. This interdisciplinary approach allows her to provide comprehensive care that addresses not only physical ailments but also considers the complex interplay between physical, mental, and social well-being.

Shree specializes in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, Acupuncture, Dry needling, Instrumental Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization as some of many of her tools. Her patient-centered approach focuses on developing consistent, progressive rehabilitation programs tailored to each individual's needs and goals. With experience spanning various age groups and demographics, including geriatric, pediatric, athletic, young adult, and older adult populations, Shree has honed her ability to adapt her techniques to suit diverse patient needs. Her commitment to continuous learning is evident in her roster of additional skills.

Shree's ultimate goal is to empower her patients to achieve optimal health and functionality. Chidinma 

Chidinma is a highly skilled physiotherapist dedicated to patient-centred care, blending expertise, experience, and empathy to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation solutions tailored to individual needs. Her journey in physiotherapy began in Nigeria, where she earned a degree in Medical Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy in 2015. With a passion for continuous learning and a global outlook on healthcare, she expanded her expertise by completing a specialized program in International Adapted Sports and Physical Activity in Belgium, EU. Living in Europe broadened her cultural and linguistic skills, allowing her to communicate in both Dutch and Spanish. She later pursued and earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Montana, Missoula, USA, further strengthening her interdisciplinary approach to rehabilitation.

 

Chidinma’s expertise extends across diverse patient populations, including geriatric, pediatric, athletic, and young adults, both with and without disabilities. Whether helping a child overcome developmental delays, guiding an athlete through recovery, or assisting an older adult in regaining mobility, she customizes her techniques to optimize each patient’s functional outcomes. Her philosophy is rooted in education and empowerment—she believes that informed patients play an active role in their recovery and long-term well-being.

Beyond her clinical practice, Chidinma is deeply committed to advancing health and wellness in the communities she serves. She actively bridges the gap between rehabilitation and preventive care, advocating for a more proactive approach to physical health.

Kamal

Kamal is a dedicated physiotherapist with a deep-rooted passion for evidence -based physiotherapy practice. He has acquired a vast experience in many disciplines of physiotherapy throughout his extensive professional career while working in Canada, United Kingdom and India.

​

His career began at Bombay Hospital and Medical Research Centre, India where he specialized in the assessment and treatment of acute as well as chronic Orthopaedic and cardiovascular diseases Management. Kamal has worked in various location and clinical setting throughout his professional career in London, United Kingdom while working with National Health Services (NHS) hospitals as a Senior Chartered Physiotherapist.

Kamal became a Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario in 2008.  Kamal has strong experience with outpatient Orthopaedic conditions whether it’s acute, chronic or traumatic sports related injuries or post-surgical conditions. He also has extensive experience with geriatric treatment, rehabilitation of those with Neurological Impairment, Cardio-vascular & respiratory disease. He works with his patients to help them achieve their goals through a combination of manual therapy, education and progressive exercise techniques.

Kamal is passionate about educating his patients about their bodies and helping them move with more freedom and confidence. Kamal’s treatment plans focus on identifying underlying factors which are creating problems. He uses this understanding to create a path to pain relief, a return to physical activity and to prevent future injuries.

During his treatments, Kamal employs a variety of techniques, including stretching and strengthening, massage, joint manipulation/mobilization, specialized soft tissue release techniques and/or neuromuscular release techniques. He gained valuable clinical knowledge through placements in various hospital departments and other private and government clinics with patients to maximize their rehabilitation and help them understand often complex clinical issues impacting their recovery.  

In his spare time, Kamal enjoys seeking out new and old music, watching movies, staying active and spending time with his family.

Passive care complements movement-based approaches by creating an optimal environment for the body’s natural healing processes.

 

Pelvic Floor

 

Pelvic floor physiotherapy is a specialized approach designed to support the function and coordination of the muscles in the pelvic region. It incorporates gentle techniques to improve muscle balance, promote relaxation, and enhance overall well-being. This therapy can be beneficial for a variety of concerns, helping individuals improve core stability and restore optimal function.​
